Flower Shop CRM / ERP

A custom management system designed around the daily operations of a flower shop.

Problem

Store operations included inventory, supplies, sales, write-offs, customer management, cash shifts and other workflows that needed to be controlled inside one system.

Requirements

The system needed to support everyday store operations, preserve history, reduce repetitive calculations and remain understandable for employees without technical knowledge.

Solution

A modular CRM / ERP application was developed with separate workflows for inventory, sales, customers, cash operations, tasks, analytics, write-offs and administrative functions.

Engineering

The application includes structured business logic, logging, backup and recovery workflows, production configuration and tools for exporting operational data.

Result

Core business processes are consolidated into a single application with structured records, operational history and clearer control over store activity.

Flower Shop Telegram Bot

A Telegram commerce and customer communication system for flower businesses.

Problem

Customer communication, catalogue browsing and order processing required too much repetitive manual interaction inside messenger chats.

Requirements

Customers needed a simple interface for registration, browsing products, creating pre-orders, selecting additional services and communicating with a florist.

Solution

A Telegram bot was developed with customer profiles, catalogue navigation, product cards, pre-orders, delivery, reviews, broadcasts, reminders and administrative tools.

Engineering

The bot uses an asynchronous architecture with separated handlers, services, database logic, validation and tests. Product reservation is handled atomically to prevent the same item from being sold to multiple customers.

Result

Customer ordering and communication are moved into a structured automated workflow while administrators keep control over products, orders and communication.

A bilingual website presenting SoNexta services, products and portfolio with clear paths to contact the team.

Problem

The studio needed a clear online presence that explains its work, supports both English and Russian visitors and turns interest into project enquiries.

The website needed a strong visual system, responsive layouts, bilingual content, reusable components and a practical contact flow.

Solution

A Next.js website was created with localized routes, product and portfolio pages, contact forms and a structured visual hierarchy.

Engineering

The frontend uses reusable React components, TypeScript, responsive CSS and Next.js image optimisation for reliable performance across devices.

Result

Visitors can quickly understand the studio's offering, view relevant work in their language and start a project conversation from any key page.
